IT strategy and SAP systems integration

When it comes to this, major importance is given to standardisation and consolidation. We assist you in assessing these aspects both in terms of integrating SAP components and in terms of the successful integration of SAP R/3 into an inhomogeneous system landscape.

Feasibility studies and prototyping

Before actually starting a SAP project, we are often asked whether SAP is in fact an adequate tool for fulfilling all functional requirements. We answer that question with the means of a feasibility study.

We identify timeframes, cost estimates and the possible functional degree of coverage of introducing SAP. We thus provide essential input parameters for a business case. If desired, we accompany this phase with an additional prototyping approach.
